Bio | He graduated at Kwansei Gakuin University. He won in singles in 1929 at Koshien Invitation Tournament beat Takeichi Harada (6-2, 6-2, 0-6, 7-5), in 1930 at Swiss International Championships defeated Orestes Garangiotis (6-1, 6-0, 5-7, 6-3), in 1933 at Juan-Les-Pins defeated Ryosuke Nunoi (7-5, 4-6, 6-3, 9-7). In the same year in Monte-Carlo, he beat Ryosuke Nunoi (0-6, 6-4, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4) again. He played 5 Davis Cup matches in 1930 and 1931, his record is 6 wins for 2 losses in singles. |
