Bio She graduated from Aoyama Gakuin High School for Girls. Immediately after the end of World War II, she played an active role as a pioneer of Japanese female tennis players. She is the first Japanese woman to participate in the women's singles of the four major tournaments, with "8 wins" including six consecutive victories in the women's singles of the All Japan Tennis Championships .

The Kamo family is famous as the prestigious "tennis family," and all four brothers have become Japan's leading tennis players. Eldest daughter, Junko ( 1923 - 2003 ) / second daughter, Sachiko / eldest son AyaHitoshi (Reijin) / second son, Kosei in the family structure, Sachiko was the second child. From the age of 9, she started playing tennis with her sister Junko under the guidance of her father.
In 1940 ( Showa 15), she won the All Japan Tennis Championships Women's Doubles category for the first time in a pair with her sister Junko. Two years later, in 1954, Kamo became the first Japanese woman to participate in the Wimbledon Championship and advanced to the third round.
