Bio She is a retired Italian professional tennis player.

Her career high WTA singles ranking is No. 103, which she reached on May 15, 2006. Her career high doubles ranking is No. 304, set 24 September 2007. She has won 6 singles ITF titles. Nathalie Viérin retired from professional tennis 2010.

Born and raised in Sarre, Aosta Valley, her parents, Angela Sirianni and Robert Viérin, run a tennis club, where she began playing when she was 3. Viérin has two younger brothers, Matthieu and Julien.

After some good results at junior level, in 1998 he passed professional. At the end of 2000 she won his first ITF tournament in Deauville. In 2001, now an adult, she can engage in major tournaments, winning a $ 25,000 in Juarez. In the same year she exceeds the qualifications in the Bol tournament and thus participates in the first WTA tournament. Also in 2001 she won another victory, in the $ 25,000 of St. Raphael, reaching the 165th position in the world. 2005 is her best season. She won in Martina Franca ($ 50,000), taking advantage of a wild card reached the quarterfinal at the WTA in Palermo. Driven by these results, Viérin reached a few second rounds, being forced to retire on other occasions. In the meantime, in May of 2006, she reached position No.103, her best ranking. 2007 starts with the quarterfinal in Bogotà where, however, it is again forced to withdraw. In the same year she reached several quarterfinals in ITF tournaments and especially the third round in Rome, at the Foro Italico.

In 2008 the semi-final worth $ 25,000 of Galatina are worthy of note, the quarterfinal in Contrexéville's $ 50,000 and a victory in Monteroni d'Arbia's 25,000. In 2009, she reached two finals in the 25 000 of Cairo and Campobasso in June and the semifinal in Monteroni. Her ranking since May 2006 has fallen stabilizing until the end of 2007 around the 170-180th position, to fall further to the 277th position at the end of 2008.
