DB4Tennis offers Pro subscription plans that provide enhanced access to our statistical database, including detailed player statistics, advanced metrics (DDI, Career DNA), and historical records.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect your current billing cycle.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

4.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes or for legitimate journalistic and research purposes. Pro subscribers may use the data for professional analysis and reporting with proper attribution.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data from our Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission
• Redistribute our data or statistics to third parties without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

If you use our statistics in publications, broadcasts, or public presentations, we request attribution to DB4Tennis.com. Commercial redistribution of our data requires a separate licensing agreement.

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DB4Tennis and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Statistical Data

Our proprietary statistical calculations, including the Draw Difficulty Index (DDI), Career DNA metrics, and other analytical formulas, are our intellectual property. Raw historical match data may be subject to various public domain and licensing considerations.

6.3 Trademarks

DB4Tennis, the DB4Tennis logo, and any other product or service names are trademarks of DB4Tennis. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect and process the following types of data:

• Account information (name, email, contact details)
• Payment information (processed securely through PayPal)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information)

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

8.1 Service Availability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DB4Tennis regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
