Bio She is the winner of the girl's singles title at the 2019 US Open. In the final, she defeated Alexandra Yepifanova, losing only one game. On the ITF Junior Circuit, Osorio has a career-high ranking of world No. 1, achieved in September 2019. At the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics, she won a bronze medal in girls' singles and a silver medal in mixed doubles alongside Nicolás Mejía.

In 2021, the World No. 180 Osorio Serrano became the lowest-ranked WTA titlist since World No. 299 Margarita Gasparyan won the 2018 Tashkent Open and the third Colombian champion at Bogota's 2021 Copa Colsanitas in 23-year history. Following her maiden singles title win as a wildcard at the Copa Colsanitas, defeating fifth seed Tamara Zidanšek, and a semifinal at the 2021 MUSC Health Women's Open in Charleston, Osorio Serrano reached thus far her best singles ranking of world No. 117 in singles and also peaked at No. 484 in doubles, on 19 April 2021.

In May 2021, Osorio Serrano reached her third straight clay-court semifinal at the 2021 Serbia Open. As a result, she entered the top 100 for the first time in her career on 24 May 2021.
